Media Center

The Media Centre is located right next to the race area. It serves from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day. We offer ADSL connection with wireless network (WLAN) and other necessary transmission services. Results and tracking services are also available.

Accreditation

Accreditation provides an ID-card for all participants in order to make it easier for them to move around the course area, and to avoid disturbing them unnecessarily during the competition. To be accredited, the organizers must have received in advance the required information on the person wishing to be accredited. The Accreditation Office checks the required information. All competitors and officials will be accredited.

If you need accommodation, we strongly recommend that you book early, since the races are held during the busiest tourist season. The official accommodation partner is Scandic, which offers four different hotels to choose from. You can find more information here.

Photography

Official Championship photographers will shoot daily still images from the races and around the venue. The photos will be published here at openeuropeans2011.com. You may request specific full-sized images from the gallery by contacting Mr. Patrick Forsblom (patrick.forsblom(a)jkpromo.com).

Media Boats

A boat service for the media is provided daily. If you want to book a place on a boat, we kindly ask you to inform the Chief of Media Secretaries of your requirements at 5 p.m. the day before the start of the race you are planning to follow (at the latest). In case you want to use your own boat, please contact the Chief of Media.
